We have always had a great experience working at this venue and the grounds never fail to impress us. The night before the wedding, heavy snowfall blanketed the estate, but fortunately, it stopped, and the snow settled beautifully on the castle grounds. This created a breathtakingly beautiful and magical backdrop for their wedding portraits. The newlyweds looked stunning against the snowy landscape, and we were delighted to capture these unforgettable moments for them.
On the wedding day, we started at Amy's prep at their home in Lurgan, where the atmosphere was relaxed, and everyone was excited for the day ahead. Amy looked stunning in her wedding dress from Divinity Bridal based in Lisburn, and we had the pleasure of working with the talented Claire Greene Makeup. Our friend Ciaran McMahon was on video duty, and it's always a pleasure to work with him.
After capturing some beautiful shots of the bridal party getting ready, we headed over to St Peters chapel in Lurgan for the ceremony. This modern chapel is a beautiful location for wedding photography, and we have worked there many times.
Following the ceremony, we headed to the reception location at Killeavy Castle Estate, where the snow from the night before had created a stunning winter wonderland. The castle and the sun shining made for some truly magical shots, and we had a wonderful time capturing Amy and Michael's special day at this stunning venue.
